Refund policy

Returns 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in anyway, we will gladly accept the return within 7 days of the date of delivery (as shown on the tracking number). Delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking number. Returns are fully refunded in the original payment form except cash on delivery, (which can be refunded by online payment or google pay). Please contact customer service by calling or emailing with your order number to process your return.

Return Terms 

You can return the product purchased online at our website subject to the following conditions:
•    The product is returned unused and in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
•    The product should be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice.
•    Goods once used or washed cannot be returned.
•    To avail a refund, the customer is requested to send an email of the product pictures with the packaging to feedback@zencollective.in 
•    Once the refund request is accepted by our customer service team, refund will be credited to the customer’s account in 5-7 working days.

Warranties 

We stand behind the quality of our products which is why we offer the most generous warranties. Your purchase of an authentic Zen Collective product comes with a 90 Day Warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, stains developed during use or improper washing or drying, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, alterations or repairs by unauthorized parties or if this product was purchased from an unauthorized party or purchased not in NEW condition.
